Round Two

A bit more babble
I zipped through this second round so fast I can hardly remember it - babies turning into toddlers turning into kids so quick it makes you forget for a second that kids last two rounds and teens last three @__@ Oh gawd the horror! I noticed I have somehow managed to get pregnancies happening at various stages, it really helps when you don't have them all having babies at the same time - for example; one might have a kid the first day I'm back with the family, but the next lot might not have a kid until day 3 - make sense? Also I am not forcing them into having babies the same hour they are giving birth, some just won't, some accidentally do it themselves, and some I just don't think to and catch up on gardening for a day or two first. It just gives more variety.
Speaking of the kids - they make life a lot easier! They can play more with the toddlers, clean up, spray plants without turning into plantsims! (my favourite) and then you can let them run riot while the parents - who have been resting out of the sun - come take over. I was starting to get a little too tight with controlling them, but now I've relaxed a bit, which always makes sims more fun to watch; the only thing that bothers me is some sims (not sure what type they are) think they are hungry when still two-thirds full and want to cook =_= so I have to watch them, I'm thinking of taking the fridge away (is so cruel) ^__^.
The other thing I did before the kids was give the tots the talking bunny toy - and nothing else. I'm thinking more logically the blocks would be better, or maybe just a teddy, but both are pretty useless I think, whereas the bunny gives them charisma points and they learn to garden better faster (I know, I know, breaks all the rules I bet, sorry ST!) it also gives them something to do other than make a mess of the toilet, which is only amusing for so long yeah.
I think that was all for that round. I haven't had to change anything since the first round, so I guess I'll have to wait until Round 4 when the teenagers appear to see what else might occur. So saying I think Round 3 might take a while, but we shall see~
Until next round~
